STETSON UK provides, ''THE STETSON TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT'' a Mandatory and fundamental scheme that enable participants, Applicants, and new Entrant into STETSON UK get into a secured employment or rather a guaranteed Job offer or otherwise turns them into self-employ or Entrepreneurs. STETSON Prepares Participants/New entrants for immediate work placement and Job experience at our various

WORKSHOPS in various sectors such as IT, Healthcare and Admin to mention a few, which will make them secure an employable job. 

FOR ELIGIBILITY  ''THE STETSON TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT''  

Participants must be Eligible and Adhere strictly to our Compliance Procedure and must Enrol on the desired role/sector course. 

The STETSON training program  duration is 20 working days in 3 month for Band 1, and Band 2.  6 Months for Band 5-10.

To earn Fat big Salary, it is inevitable that all applicants into STETSON UK Employment, Role & Responsibility pass all the Assessment Test at every level band of the industry they belong to and comply to STETSON UK HRM policy and procedure strictly. Failure would result to disqualification and all benefit will immediately be cancelled and Apprentice stopped.

Applicants/New Entrants into STETSON UK must begin from the very Entry level band and progress at every quarter to the next level band through Education & Training developing Skills, Knowledge, and Competence.

Entry Requirement for Band/Scale/level 1

: -Assistant Administrators/Support Workers, Coordinators, IT First Line Support, Book Keeper, and any other level 1 Discipline.

  1. Applicant must have volunteered in any industry for at least Six months and, in any related discipline/Trade: - Training, Teaching, Education, IT, Health care, Engineering just to mention a few.

  2. Applicant must have level 2 English & Maths functional skill / GCSE equivalent.

  3. Applicant must be eligible to work and must have NI number.

  4. Applicant must have proof of identification.

  5. Applicant must pass '' THE STETSON TRAINING PROGRAM'' Entry Test.

  6. Duration of ''THE STETSON TRAINING PROGRAM is between 1-6 Months.

  7. Amount is £0 only for STETSON New Entrant Eligible but must generate TICKETS and log in their ENGAGEMENT

  8. £3000  for Private Clients into STETSON UK

STETSON UK ''The Training & Development'' Participants must be eligible and adhere strictly to our compliance procedure and must enrol. 

The Apprentice program duration is 6 Months,40 working days for Entry level band,  20 working days in a month for Band 1, and Band 2, 3 Months, and Band 3, 2 Months.

REMUNERATION IN BANDS: STETSON UK Voluntary on-the job placement for gainful employment; see contract aggreement. Others as applies respectively; [£8.45 - £9], [£10 - £10.45], [£10,45 - £12.30], and [£10.30 - £11]
